General Practitioner At San Remo Medical Clinic
Q. Rawa, can you tell us a little about yourself, other than what we already know?
A. I was a skilled migrant, migrated to NZ in 1998 after finishing my medical degree in Bagdad – Iraq, I’ve spent nearly 3 years working and living in Auckland before deciding to move to Melbourne to settle and work in Victoria.
Q. What do you like about being a General Practitioner?
A. Clinical medicine in particular the General practice is ever-changing and it’s important to develop the skills to keep up with the changes. General Practice is a life long learning and developing practice.
Q.How do you spend your time when you are not working and studying?
A. I’m lucky to have the best social life and network, as a group of friends, we socialise regularly, attending a lot of gatherings, theatre, sporting and outdoors events. My passion for photography is huge, I keep learning and enjoying my nature’s photos.
Q. You commenced at San Remo Medical Clinic in February 2020, but you have been with MAACG Medical Group on and off since 2005, first in Cowes and then in Leongatha. What draws you back each time?
A. MAACG medical group is well known for their Integrity, professionalism, transparency and honesty. I’ve worked in multiple clinics in the past, all of them are good but MAACG is excellent. In my opinion, any staff, nurses and doctors are privileged to be part of the group.
Q. Would you recommend MAACG Medical to other doctors?
A. Highly recommended without a hesitation
